Wednesday. 1:34 PM.

Weird time to be at the desk but that's the play when your manufacturer's in a different timezone.

Just got off a call about one of the physical product lines running through a Faceless Facebook page. Business doesn't care what time it is where you are. Neither do I.

The sun is going absolutely stupid on the London skyline right now.

Skyscrapers, construction cranes, all of it catching the light — glare punching through every square metre of floor-to-ceiling glass.

Making the whole flat feel like it's breathing.

Drake in the background through the invisible wall speakers. Good vibes. Genuinely Good Ambience.

Aj’s on the pull-up bar mounted to the wall, doing his thing, not saying anything. Moving and using God’s optimal form wisely.

Last week, I was inside my boy's sub-penthouse. Located in Primetime West London. 21st floor.

Him, me, AJ and two London girls — the kind we were both talking about in my last post. Nobody talking about funnels or email sequences or what the algorithm's on this week. Just people who've earned the right to actually switch off, switching off.

And that's when it hit me. Not at 2am with the notepad out. Not mid-building. Sitting in someone else's flat, watching AJ charm the two girls on the floor without trying, seeing the city from eight floors above mine — which he reminded me about twice, so now I have to move —

Every builder needs a circle.

Not the way people say it online. Not the mastermind group with eight people who all sell the same thing and call each other “founders”.

One person.

Someone as hyper-pragmatic as you.

As ambitious as you. When you're with them, ideas flow. Money moves. Action gets executed this week, not planned for next quarter. The friction between thinking and doing just reduces — disappears sometimes — because the person next to you is already moving and it pulls something out of you automatically.

That's the circle. One person who does that for you.

Everything else is noise.

And here's what actually happens when your circle is operating like that.

You stop doing all the work yourself.

You lean on how they see things differently. How they interpret information you'd miss. Someone in your circle catches a move you can't see from your angle — that's leverage that no amount of solo grinding produces.

It's a psychological game at the highest level and you cannot play it alone.

Your environment always beats your intention. That's not motivational content, that's just how humans work.

When the people around you are executing and pulling five, six figures a month, something in you shifts without you even deciding to shift.

When I see AJ doing a £22k month, my ego doesn't subconsciously stop me from celebrating him. I flip it completely. I tell him, directly to this face: “You better watch out, I will hit £30k next month”.

Twin competition hits different when you both start playing the right game. That is what the right circle does. It makes the standard non-negotiable without anyone having to say a word.

And the frame changes.

When you're around people who interpret information differently, who make bold experimental moves, who see new money making angles you don't — your thinking expands.

Without that, you go deeper into the same hole.

The one where you're making no money, building no skills, then calling it “building in silence”.

No, wrong approach g.

If you're seeing no results, that's not silence. That is self sabotage.

At first it was just me and AJ. That was the whole circle. Kitchen table in our mother’s flat. Paper Method. We gave ourselves 90 days to make something real from our paper method results or go back to security shifts.

Now it's AJ, Monts, I and two other ambitious, hyper pragmatic builders you do not need to know about. Collectively with a combined net worth which crosses seven figures.

Not for the flex.

Just so you understand what the circle becomes when you build it right and give it time.

Now it's all of us meeting in my flat — Clearly I’m not on the highest floor, but it offers the best skyline views compared to everyone else’s — talking about and running money printing plays.

Because we're all operating business models we're naturally wired for. That's the unfair advantage. That is the Meta Game. The Game underneath the game.

When everyone in the room is in the right model for how they think, how they operate, what they're built for — the conversation is different. The moves are different.

Right now if I wanted to venture into online high ticket sales, all I'd have to do is get AJ to give me a two hour rundown.

One hour on architecture.

One hour on money printing.

Done. That option exists because of the circle.

It cannot exist if you're in your bedroom alone relying on Claude code and online high ticket courses. Go and speak to people g.

That is the world.

I know what you're thinking.

"I've got AI agents, Tai. I'm good on the solopreneur thing."

Let me ask you something.

How did you even find out about your current business model?

Be honest. It wasn't placed in your head randomly. You saw a person doing it. And for most of you, that business model is a complete waste of time to be honest with you — not because you're lazy, because it isn't wired to how you actually operate.

You caught the result and copied the model without asking whether the model fits you.

No AI agent on earth solves that.

Change your narrative, change your circle, change your reality.

Tell yourself now you're making 20-50k a month. Not "I will one day", present tense, Now (the future does not exist) and actually believe it. You will naturally attract the people who match that frequency. Vice versa is also true. And you already know which one most people are doing.

AJ drops off the pull-up bar. Gets water. Says nothing.

Twenty years of shared context. The circle before it was even defined as a circle.

You need one likeminded builder to start with. Find them. Protect the circle from distractions as you’re building. Go through the Motions with them to come full circle.

Do you know what the maddest part is.

We’re still building.

This is just the start.

It is brick by brick szn.
